SOLD1968 Avion A-25 Exterior is in good condition,all towing lights etc work. Belly pan intact. Has hardware for awning, but need awning fabric. Does not have AC. Weights #4190 Tows well. Interior has original cabinets, stove,refrigerator, table and pull out couch, pergo type flooring was added.  Soft spots by exterior door and toilet. Toilet needs repair. Stove and interior lights work. I have not used the furnace. New water heater in 2012. Clean MI title. 

Original Birch Wood Paneling in excellent condition. No leaks, shows no sign of needing any Body Restoration.I had some restoration and a partial skin replace by the Dinette.
