Please read this first...

We appreciate the support of our subscribers and want to make sure you receive your magazine in a timely manner. Periodical mail is handled differently by the post office than First Class mail. It will take two to twenty days (from the day it is mailed) for you to receive your copy.
We are in the mail by the first week of the publication month.
If it has been over three weeks
since our mailing, use our contact form (below) to let us know you have not received your magazine.
Did your subscription expire? We print the "Last Issue" number on your mailing indicia of the last copy of the magazine that you received.

When will I get my magazine?

NEW Subscribers:
See the above grid. (i.e.: If you subscribed on December 21st, your first issue will not arrive until March of the following year). You may want to order some of our recent back issues.

We pull your mailing address from your PayPal account. If that is not your current mailing address you need to let us know.
Existing Subscribers:
  1. Did your subscription expire? We print the "Last Issue" number on your mailing indicia of the last copy of the magazine that you received. This number is the "Last Issue" that you are paid-up through. If you are set up for automatic annual renewal you will automatically be re-subscribed. (You may also determine when you need to re-subscribe by checking your personal PayPal account or check ledger for when you last re-newed.)
  2. Have you moved? Let us know.
  3. Is it in transit? Periodicals like the Vintage Camper Trailers magazine get handled differently by the post office than First Class mail. It will take up to three weeks (from the day it is mailed) for your issue to arrive. We unfortunately don’t have any control over this. Please be patient, but if it has been over three weeks since mailing, use our contact form (below) to request a replacement copy. The magazine is mailed the first week of the publication month. (ie: The March/April issue is mailed the first week of March. We do not replace any "missing issues" until April 1st.)

ONLY AFTER reading the above, if you still feel that you have missed a magazine, use the form below to let us know so we can send a replacement. (99% of all magazines are received with no issues. 95% of magazines reported as missing are not and are either in-transit or expired.)

Let us know if it has been 3 week since our mailing and you have not received your magazine.

This must be the email associated with your PayPal account that your subscription is purchased under.
Complete address including street, city, state and zip code.
The number is on the cover. If you checked the box that your copy was damaged in the mail, put the issue number of the magazine to be replaced here.
00/00/201X. You can get this date by searching your past emails for a confirmation letter from PayPal, looking inside of your personal PayPal account purchase history or in your check ledger if you paid by check.

We are happy to replace missing issues for free. If it is a mistake on our end we cover the postage. If you have moved and did not notify us or did not provide us with an accurate mailing address we will still send it for free if you cover the postage. Single issues are $3.00 to mail first class.
