BEGINNERS WELCOME
I don't want to miss the sign-ups!!!! I must declare that registration was money well spent. (last year)
I have used so much of the information. It was the best investment I made before beginning my renovation project.
The information I learned at Boot Camp gave me the confidence to tackle tasks that had previously intimidated me. The community that was built from the Boot Camp experience has provided the support when I have detail questions. The value of Boot Camp extends beyond the event itself. Thank you for hosting this amazing opportunity.
I can't wait to go again!!!

What Participants Have to Say About Boot Camp:
Congratulations on a great event! The agenda had lots of quality with solid content presentations. Your format allowing participation in 8 sessions worked well with the half hour break in between for questions and connecting. The variety of topics made for a good flow, too.
I spent most of the 5.5 hours between SFO and Philadelphia today organizing my Bootcamp notes with the photos taken of the display trailers, hardware, and pictures of my project Shasta. Bootcamp provided resources to help research parts and components which I have already begun. Some the design tips from San Diego were put to use with the American Airlines magazine this morning and might translate to the Shasta. The mental wheels are definitely turning. Again, all you efforts in staging a very helpful event are greatly appreciated by this participant.

What a tremendous weekend it was at Vintage Trailer Boot Camp! My Husband Oscar really learned a lot about some of the mechanical things that were bugging him, and for which he simply didn't quite know where to start. He left Boot Camp with a lot more confidence on how to handle window seals and woodwork. The design classes by Denny Stone were amazing! We plan to take our new 1965 Boles Aero down to San Diego (we have 2 Boles, a 1951 & 1965, and a Yellowstone!), and have Denny do a Max Factor makeover on the interior. So we want to say thank you to you and Paul for all of the crazy hard work you do to pull this all together. It was a great experience! And remember, if you are ever in the Pasadena area, our house is your house, and our driveway is your driveway. Thank you, and Happy Trails! Nancy Burke Odegaard
Thank you for another great Boot Camp. Your planning , organization and attention too details created a great learning event and opportunities for networking with like minded vintage trailerites . Each of the sessions I attended was very beneficial too me. Your selection of instructors was amazing. The hands on and materials displayed by each of the instructors provided very valuable information and instructions. The talk by Steve Sunday morning was very inspirational and I feel it helped all those who attended to feel even feel more connected to each other, as well as other vintage trailerites as a whole. I can only think of one suggestion for the next Boot Camp. Having a print out of each of the instructors history and background would be helpful. I know you had this in the Boot Camp Itinerary e-mail that you sent out prior, but for some reason I was not able to connect my laptop to get online to review during the Boot Camp. The food was great and plentiful and the information presented in the sessions was also! Thank you very much for making this a fun and informational event. I really appreciate all your hard work and planning to put this in place. The added leak test provided for each trailer on site was a bonus. The rain was intense at times. My 65 Shasta passed the test, but reminded me that I should reinspect and reseal soon. -Sincerely; Ed Maze, Turlock CA
Thanks for a great weekend at boot camp. Lots of wonderful information, good food, and lots of very nice people. -Mary Katayama
Thanks so much for all your efforts this last boot camp! Very well organized and most of all, informative. I learned a lot about the many parts and systems involved in trailer restoration. I have been in the construction trades most all of my life, but my passion is cabinetry. I have completed the interior of our 1967 Airstream. - Thanks, Chris and Marta Tremblay
Thank you again for a great Boot Camp. I learned a lot and met some great people. So glad I could join!! See you next year!!! -Marianne
Thank you Paul and Caroline for organizing the 2018 Vintage Trailer Boot Camp. It was an amazing weekend of learning and camaraderie. Thank you to all the instructors and attendees who so graciously shared their time, knowledge and expertise. Hopefully, next year I will be sleeping in my trailer instead of the inn. -Kristina Wyatt
Katie and I want to thank you for organizing the Boot Camp this weekend. We had a great time and learned a lot. It was really fun seeing old friends and meeting new camper enthusiasts. The presenters were first class. It was a special weekend to be able to ask questions and for them to share their knowledge. This is what I cherish about this "hobby". Thanks again for your hard work and thanks to your "crew" for a great event. We are looking forward to future events. -Tom & Katie W.

I just wanted to take a moment and let you all know how much I enjoyed the weekend. Boot Camp for me was a huge success. Not only was it extremely formative to my interests but the people attending were also a great source of information. I met a lot of individuals that I will stay friends with. Your volunteers were amazing - I wish the people I have working for me were as in-tuned to what was needed at any given time and orchestrated their duties with as much ease and finesse as your staff was over the weekend. Paul - thank you again for all that you guys did to make this weekend such an enjoyable one. -Many Thanks, Mark Stone
We had a blast. Thanks to your whole clan...even Dad. I'm ready for the next one, anytime. You guys are a gift to the trailer hobby. Thanks sooo much. See ya soon, -Dan w/Bernie and Cousin Rob (37 C.W.)

Just want you to know and thank you for the Boot Camp you hosted. Very organized down to the details and informative. I am enjoying your magazine, even my husband reads it ( he's not a Trailerite). - Pam Riisager
