Has a stove top, sink with fresh water, pump faucet and heater( unsure if the heater works, we never used it) The canvas is heavy duty. All zippers work. All screens are intact. New hardwood vinyl floor installed. Comes with a awning.She has a crank system. Does not leak. Has a port a potty stored under one of the benches.  Lots and lots of storage! The tires are newer with a brand new never used spare. She weighs 1200 lbs and could be pulled with any vehicle. No ac we used a portable. Clean title All cushions are included in the camper. The bench cushions are newly recovered. All staging items are not Included in the sale.
