SOLD CaveMan Caravan $3500, Located in North Plains, Oregon
This is a true survivor, built in Grants Pass, Or in 1967. Very few of these are to be found anywhere. Lived the majority of its life in eastern Oregon. There was very little rot, which has been replaced or stabilized. The goal has been to keep it original as possible. Currently undergoing restoration/preservation. • Check center and rear gas tanks for debris. I’ve been running on the seat tank.
  • Finish trimming out the coach.
Truck
  • 1967 Ford F350 camper special, dually

  • New shocks all around
  • New exhaust system

Very good original condition...

In the barn in Arizona and the refurbishing begins...

SOLD Barn find beauty! The barn was built around her in Arizona decades ago and used by the family as a guest house. Last year we removed it from the barn and towed it to Sacramento, CA. The trailer is clear and current with a California PTI registration (low registration cost.) The interior wood, body and under carriage show no signs of water damage. The 110v electrical system all works. The refrigerator works. This trailer has been indoors most of it's 70 years. It is a blank slate ready for you to pick out the upholstery and paint. Body is 20'x 7.5'. I do not know the weight. A full size truck tows it fine.
This trailer is mostly original, unrestored, and shows signs of patina. Floors and drawers have been refurbished to reflect the patina of the period. The front seating area is new and has storage underneath. Green foam is new and ready for upholstery. The bench across the front of the trailer is 33" wide and 88" long. It is designed to have throw pillows across the back and be utilized as seating/lounge/bed. The back rest cushions fit the space where the table is to create a bed that is 66"x 88". There is a bedroom in the back that has a bed that is 48"x 79". (Photos are mocked up with an old foam mattress. I will include a brand new mattress with a full price purchase.) Interior height is 77.5".
The original counter top is painted (as it was originally). I will include the paint that I have left. The sink is not installed nor is any plumbing or fixture. (Fixture not included). Temporary taillights are included. The trailer only has the one original taillight! Masonite with Aluminum roof and steel windows. Windows are all good and function correctly. Original keys included.

Vintage Terry Travel Trailer for sale.  It is titled as a 1986 but we believe it to be an early 1970's.  There is a bathroom with toilet and shower area (needs to be hooked up again).  A small roof leak near the door needs fixed.  All electrical works but we are unsure of the condition of the propane lines and anything involving the water.  It is 17' in length.  It will need some additional work. Boalsburg, Pennsylvania  $3000.
