1973 Rancho El Rae. Re-sealed--does not leak. Minimal water damaged was fixed. New ceiling and vinyl luxury flooring. Original cushions—clean, in great shape. Some minimal wear. Appliances all work great. The fridge/freezer works really well--it is ice cold!! The toilet is near new. Shower is in great working order. Near new tires--very few miles, with new spare. This trailer also has LOTS of extras--drop hitch, anti-sway bar, trailer brakes, wheel chocks, hose, extra battery holder, sewer hose holder. The decor is all included.
