OWNERS DECIDED TO KEEP THIS ONE ​This is a 1948/9 Spartan Royal Mansion, a real classic beauty.
She is 90% original or restored. What is left is exterior polishing and cosmetic (interior). Power has been converted to 110. Additional black water tank added.  Has AC/Heat. This is a solid vintage camper. She made a 1200 mile trip this Summer without any issues.  She has 4 good tires with 90% tread (and a spare tire). 
I am the third owner and the second owner had her for over 40 years and she was stored under an aluminum awning. 
This camper is 31' long and has a double-axle and weighs 5200 lbs. Clean title in hand. 
This camper is a park model and could be converted into a tiny home quite easily.  Everything works!  Original refrigerator.  Interior is original Birch wood with Art Deco styling.  
This is a rare find for the Spartan enthusiast.
