We bought it to fix it up and sell it. If we were keeping it, I would take it to a vintage trailer rally this weekend!

Can you explain what is meant by Porta potty? Is the bathroom self contained? Shower? Can you show a couple pictures please? Thanks so much. The porta potty is a little toilet that slides under the couch. No plumbing with it. No shower. I e-mailed you a few photos.

You could add AC--either a portable one or have one installed. There is a roof vent.
