Great ad and video! I am waiting on a farm to sell so this beauty will likely be gone before I am in a position to fulfill my dream. Just in case I get current offer worked out how much are you asking?

I'd consider, however you did a fair "face lift", this has been lightly updated to working condition. Pay attention to each exposed hatch, where rust has not been dealt with, as well as the sub-frame. The asking price is far too much for just some new skin. The appliances should have been upgraded , as well as a full sub-frame reconditioning. Lots of mistakes in the interior that would need to be addressed. These average in good to great condition $8k, however I don't see $30k in upgrades and true improvements. Bear in mind these only sold new $22-32k, but that's the M320 the longest model. Way off price here. Why you haven't sold it in almost 5 years .

Actually, I am the original builder and I sold it the first time for $35k right after I listed it then four years later the buyer and I agreed to have me remarket it and I sold it again for $30k.
