Wish I lived closer!! The bed makes into a couch? And as the above poster asked, what is the weight?

Yes, the picture you see is with the couch pulled out. The original flyer picture shows how it looks with the couch pushed in. There is also a bunk above the couch/dining area, and the dining table is removable so that it fits between the two benches and is a bed, Weighs ~2000lb. Towed it with a Jeep Cherokee.

I can send pictures of how it looks as a couch to an interested buyer. (Trailer is at my father's house)

How big are the fresh water tanks and grey and black water tanks?

I believe the water tank is 30 gallons. No grey/black water tanks. This camper has a waste pipe that you hook up to a campground's sewer waste using a sewer hose (I have one, but it is used, you can purchase here https://www.amazon.com/Camco-39770-RhinoFLEX-Swivel-Fitting/dp/B01HPHR2M4/ref=sr_1_1?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1497903012&sr=1-1&keywords=rv+sewer+hose). I am selling it with a 15 gallon portable waste tank that i purchased (never ended up even using it https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004TOB6EW/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 )

I love this - any way to transport to California? What would that cost?

Willing to do so at the buyer's expense. I have no clue what that would cost, but probably a lot since i am on the opposite coast. If you want/are seriously interested, I could do some research.

How much would it cost to fix the plumbing/water damage? if you had to guess

It depends on if you do it yourself! I have extra wood, that I used to replace part of the ceiling when I replaced the roof vents and framing, that I could throw in. The plumbing should cost less than $100-200 if you do it yourself.

The first time I hooked up to water, it was leaking at the joint where my family friend had replaced the botched job the flippers or other previous owners had tried to fix it. Therefore, I think it would be best if it just gets totally replaced, just new pipe leading from the water tank to the water heater.
