Sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children. There is one double bed and the table folds into a twin bed and includes custom red fitted comforters. Storage area above table and double bed. It has newer appliances to include a refrigerator with a small freezer area inside and plenty of storage for food, vintage red microwave, 3 burner propane stove with cover, and kitchen sink with cover. Tires and rims new in 2016. Windows have been rebuilt. New table and hardware with new Formica on the table and counter top. New plumbing and black tank with extendable hose. New LED TV and DVD combo. Has on demand hot water installed and water tank under table seat for remote camping. 30 amp power hook up. Cable hookup. The roof has been redone with cool seal. No bathroom, but does have a stored port-a-potty. Battery and one propane tank stored on the tongue. Also includes a Trailer Valet ($420 value) that allows a single person the ability to move the trailer around with ease and even back it into tight spots for storage. Includes hitch with sway bar. A/C unit in back window. Storage accessible from outside rear area or inside under the double bed. Thick cushions for the table seats, custom made curtains throughout, custom made red and white striped awnings for the side and one for the front which lays over the front window rock guard but isn’t shown in the pictures.
