New sub-floor with vinyl flooring and other improvements added. Fresh interior paint, very clean, new roof coat, no leaks. Brand new, high quality cushions. While the icebox, oven and fresh water tank were removed, they are still available if desired. We have pictures and documentation of extensive renovation work performed.
