I have a 1967 Layton Travel Trailer that has been recently renovated and updated. Exterior, she was recently painted and metal polished. Does have dents and dings as you would expect from a trailer this old. The frame itself is in incredible shape. I updated all the water connections, added cable connection, vents on top and the best of all I added a rooftop top AC unit that works perfect. Storage space in back for all the tools and hitch equipment. The trailer tows easily with my Toyota Tacoma because of the anti sway chains installed, worth $1,000 by itself. She is 16' long and weighs around 3200 lbs empty. I have a clear Texas title in my name and registration good until December. Interior, I have updated pretty much everything inside. Tons of storage and cabinets. I completely renovated the bathroom with new fixtures, refinished the shower and redid plumbing. No black tank installed but could easily be added. It drains directly to the connection at rv park. All new flooring and also added a chemical toilet. The main camper area has a good size kitchen area with wood butcher block counter. No appliances built in but I added a awesome Breville stove and Nespresso coffee maker. I use a two burner hot plate for a stove top. Bed is a full size with new mattress and mattress topper. I added full storage under bed accessed with hydraulic lift and front access door. This alone adds an enormous amount of storage. Also built a extra sitting bench with storage.
I am selling the camper one of two ways. $7500 for camper completely empty only including major items like mattress and cushions. Second way is absolutely everything included, everything you see in pictures but also everything in cabinets to include dishes, barbecue grill, really everything you could possibly need for $9000. You could buy from me and drive straight to the campsite and have everything. She is incredible, unique and hard to find already ready to go. I wish I could keep her but I am being stationed overseas with the Army for the next few years and I would rather have someone get good use out of it. I am trying to sell before 18th of November, so best offer also I will entertain. Would also possibly consider transporting to Anywhere in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah or Oregon as I will be driving to Portland, OR on the 18th. located in San Antonio , TX. Can you remove this listing as no one is responding and the phone number is useless because they have blocked all calls and texts.
