This model Aljo 16 ft, with cabover bunk is a good looking trailer. In the early 60s, cabover trailers were pretty rare. There were a other brands offered the cabover design. In 1965 my uncle bought a used one for $1,000, it was in very good condition and it had been well cared for. It was nice and had a nice Floorplan. It had a small Dometic refrigerator which ran on propane only, and it could sleep 8 adults easily, and it did more than a few times. In the early 60s, it wasn't unusual for travel trailers not to be self contained, outs wasn't. We would use camp ground facilities during the day, and at night we had an old fashioned chamber pee pot, which was my job to empty and clean. Admittedly it was pretty primitive, but I loved every bit of it. Seeing this one brought back some great memories of my childhood and the 60s.
