SOLD This trailer has been completely rebuilt to create a relaxed retreat.  Timeless textures such as tooled leather, fur and natural edge wood make this trailer rustic yet romantic. Earthy brown and teal are used throughout the trailer in the benches, bedding and window treatment giving you that rustic high style. The restoration includes, new framing, 1" foam insulation, new plumbing, new wiring, new roof and vent, cedar plank curved ceiling, new floor and subfloor, professional automotive paint job, new tires and chrome moons, new 6" foam mattress and new bedding with designer pillows. This trailer has no bath but large cedar lined closet with room for porta-potty. Offering at $19,500.  Wheatland, CA

Are there any electrical outlets in the trailer? DC outlets? Do all the appliances work? Just trying to get a sense of what I could do with this trailer. I want to be able to boondock as well. What size white and grey tanks? I am interested but live in Florida. Would need to make the trip out to drive it home. What is the weight?

The trailer has electrical outlets at light over bed, over sink and at base of bench on right side. It does not have a bath so no black tank and designed to drain on side of trailer. The stove top works but oven is not operational. Original icebox is in trailer. The water tank is new and I need to confirm but I believe it is 15 Gallons. Thank you so much for your interest in our trailer. If you would like more information on the restoration and more pictures please email me at bhcrosser@aol.com or call at 530 751-6433

Hello Janet
Thank you for the interest in our trailer. The trailer has a ceiling vent and that's where you can add an a/c. It does have a 30 amp service. We did put an electrical plug in the front of bench which is a perfect location to plug in a heater.
Please feel free to call with any questions
Happy Trails

This trailer is beautiful!! Is there room that a toilet room could be put in not just a porta potty. Does the dinette turn in sleeping area?

Hi Kristy
The trailer has a large cedar lined closet. I believe it is large enough for bath but an RV installation company. The dinette area will make into a bed. Please feel free to call if you have any questions 530-751-6433
Thank you
Bonnie

Just wanted to say how stunningly beautiful your trailer is! Sadly, out of my price range but how I would love to own it.
It just fits my idea of a home on the road.
