1955 Terry

1955 Terry 14'. Dry weight is about 1,500 lbs. We purchased this trailer in 2010 and refurbished it that summer. I replaced the rear subfloor, and a few small areas of wall framing that had water damage. A few damaged interior panels were also replaced with Birch plywood. All cabinetry and paneling was sanded and re-varnished. The oven/stove was replaced with a cabinet and cook top to increase counter space. We also added a port-a-potty in the area below the cook-top for emergency use when our kids were younger.  The dinette cushions were also replaced with new foam and upholstery. We added new laminate flooring, interior lighting, and 5 gallon freshwater/gray-water tanks. Wheels were sandblasted and powder-coated red, with new tires (Tires have 90% tread). New teardrop marker lights were installed and 1965 Corvair tail lights. The trailer was painted in 2010 with the correct Terry striping. We also have a vintage-style red/gray/white striped awning from Awnings by www.Martisawnings.com. All systems work as they should, including the original hand water pump, propane lamp, and Marvel refrigerator.

The trailer does have her original skin, so she shows her age with some beauty marks, but she draws plenty of attention at the campground, and has been a blast to camp in with our family for the past 8 years. She tows like a dream (sway control included), and has never let us down. Title in hand, and she's ready for camping as soon as you can pack! Dustin 360-957-1802 coug51@hotmail.com Located in Castle Rock, WA (45 minutes North of Portland) $9,000

Beautiful trailer. I found this same trailer listed for sale in New York on craigslist, just trying to figure out if it was resisted or if the craigslist ad is a scam. If it's in NY I'm definitely interested!

It is in Washington state. It shouldn’t be listed in NY

My husband is 6’4”, we have a two and four year old...avid campers. Been thinking about getting a trailer for a while. You mentioned you had kids....is there a bunk? I can’t tell from the pictures.

It does not currently have a bunk, however I do still have the original canvas bunk rails that can be reinstalled.

SORRY, somehow I stopped receiving notifications on this post! The trailer is still available, and I have reduced the price to $8,000.

The original Marvel fridge is electric. The trailer does not have a 12v system or a hot water heater.

This is listed on DC craigslist for $3K.
Based on your comment re: NY, I assume that is wrong.
$9K in WA ?
Thanks.
