Newer exterior paint, custom window guard and kitchen backsplash. new propane/electric fridge and mattress, all the rest is original. Original Formica and floors. original stove and sink in perfect condition with newer enamel. Birch wood interior in great condition with only minor water stains in two places. Windows all newly sealed, no leaks. TONS of storage. Fold down dinette area into sleeping bunk. Totally tuned up one year ago. Could use some new window shades and patching on the water board in the under carriage. Minor exterior dings. Very lightweight, can be towed by car. Water and electric hookups operational.
