Was there any water damage at any point? How negotiable is the price?

Purchased this camper already restored including the roof by someone who restores Manorette as a hobby/business a little over a year ago. No water damage visible at the time and none observed in over a year stored outside. $9500 invested. Make a reasonable offer. I'm willing to negotiate
