1968 Aristocrat Land Commander 14ft Travel Trailer All the paperwork is in order/clean title/paid registration.Available in Santa Cruz on the west side of town. Easy location to tow from it’s current driveway.I had "trailer fantasy" and thought this was something that I could handle over time but the more I looked at it, the experience needed is more than I can accomplish. I found a different trailer that works for my family.
Price $1,400.00 OBO cash only. Single axel rides down the road and pulls easily with a half-ton pickup. This coach is not as tall as most coaches but it is not a "Low Liner". Feels cozy inside and has beautiful lines.
This coach has the classic floor plan for this vintage year. Efficient, full kitchen (three burner stove with oven below, single bowl sink and Dometic refrigerator) rear commode (no sink or shower), sleeps four.
Fits easily is a standard driveway! Dining area makes into a bed. Large pull out couch makes the sleeping area and cushions need to be replaced. Track support overhead for a bunk per the original design. The layout includes a full length closet and cabinets. This coach has plenty of windows so it floods with natural light during the day. Previous owners have started the restoration process so it is a bit eclectic. This restoration project would be perfect for the person who has the time and skills available to decide where to start ultimately making the coach suit your personal style. Two windows (passenger side near the door) and rear panoramic window need repair. A new port hatch below the passenger window and a roof hatch/vent are in the repair line also. The floor needs to be replaced. I purchased this coach a few months ago and cleaned and srubbed it. This coach will need a lot TLC from the right person if you want to cherry it out. I had "trailer fantasy" and thought this was something that I could handle over time but the more I looked at it, the experience needed is more than I can accomplish. I found a different trailer that works for my family. 7ft 8 inches in height excluding any roof vents7ft 4 inches wide14 ft 2in overall length plus a 28 inch tongue for a total length of approximately 16 ft 6 inched6 ft 3 inches inside head height. New Axle and tires, chassis inspected and deemed good to go. Exterior painted and top half polished to mirror shine. Some patches on roof but everything holds up and no leaks. Tows light and like a dream. We love this guy and are sad to part, but we're not sure we'll have the time to maintain our business after our move. Location: Bellingham, WA. But moving to GA in August, so if necessary could deliver to pretty much anywhere along that general route the end of August. Asking: $9,000 firstname.lastname@example.org 360-383-7596
196(?) Shasta...I have never seen another one like it. (I think it is a well-done transformation of an Astrodome. The Astrodome was known for having a heavy "overhang" that often compromised the front floor structure so this customization would make sense and give you extra room inside. This trailer appears to have been transformed many years ago (by the patina). The frame work underneath looks professional and heavier duty than the original. This may be a one-of-a-kind Shasta! The Trailer measures 15'9" x 7' wide body. 6' of headroom inside. NEW toilet and drain plumbing (no shower). Lots of recent work by a professional. New tires, tank hoses, regulator, water pump, roof vent, tail light harness, brake control, 12 v battery, suspension work, some new glass and seals stc. (I have the work order). This invoice alone is over $2300 worth of parts and labor. Trailer is useable as is but not a complete professional restoration. Due to a death in the family we are helping the owner sell this trailer. We do not know any more about the trailer than we have said here. The oven may not work (The owner said thats what she was told but I have not checked it.) She said all other systems work. The title is clear and current but was re-titled at some point as a 1996 Shasta. It has a PTI plate so if it stays in CA you don't have to pay registration every year. I do not know what it weighs. $7999. Call to come and see it for yourself. 916-572-8554
