The top bunk can be used as a sleeping bunk or a luggage storage platform. The top bunk also lifts up for out-of the-way storage. The awning and side curtains are original; the canvas is like new. With the side curtains in place, the living quarters are more than doubled. There is a receiver on the back end for a bicycle rack. This trailer is rare. We know of only one other like it. All windows, exterior doors, lights, and trim were removed inspected, tested, lubricated, polished, and resealed. Antique white and slate metallic grey automotive paint was applied before exterior parts were reinstalled. Wheel bearings were inspected and repacked. Breaks were inspected cleaned and tested. Undercarriage was cleaned and inspected before undercoating was applied. White wall tires are in like new condition. Interior ceiling, front and back walls were removed and new matching Birch paneling was installed. The vinyl floor was replaced with beautiful tongue and groove solid Hemlock wood. A new deep cycle 12 volt battery w/charger, interior and exterior 12 volt lighting, and phone charging ports were installed. Heat is from a catalytic safety heater. LP hoses and duel tank automatic switch over regulator are new.
