This is a 1953 approx 8X50 Trail-ette. I'm not sure about the weight. The title is CURRENT. It needs some outside paint and the bathroom needs to be refurbished (it has a small tub, toilet & sink--very small bathroom that has a tiny step up). It also needs attention underneath the kitchen sink & in the kitchen cabinets & the cabinets in the middle bedroom area (there's water damage). You can see in the one photo, that it has leaked a bit in the back bedroom (where the one small chest of drawers is & in the one closet). It is silver, like a Spartan or Airstream, underneath the paint. It was purchased new in 1953 by a neighbor I had. Another neighbor bought the property & sold me the trailer. It was covered, on a lot in Chico, but one side was exposed to the weather. Original everything inside. Red and white tile on the floors, original built-in little table nook and lots of other built-ins like cabinets, chest of drawers in the middle area bedroom and in the rear. That's the original mattress in the middle area that you see. Also the original screen door (screens on both doors). The cabinetry wood is gorgeous. The drawers look as if they've never been used. The original owner had another room built-on to one side and she mostly used the room and not the trailer. The heater is located as you go into the front door (to the left), and that works. The refrigerator is like-new. I did have it re-wired throughout and put a new outside light over the front door. The original owner put window air conditioners in the front and the back windows. The trailer really is remarkable. I wanted to live in it but things aren't working out that way for me, so I'd like to find someone who would love it; fix it up and use it. It is on a storage lot in Chico, CA. Please contact me w/any questions and more photos. Only seriously interested please reply. The price is 15 thousand, FIRM. email@example.com

I am selling a rare and coolest truck camper. It's a 1960 International Harvester B110 Series. It's a ½ ton heavy duty truck. The first owner John Erickson is from Longview, Washington. He had the truck special ordered from International Harvester Company and exported to Longview, Washington in 1960. John is a boat builder and he does that for a living. The I.H. truck was his personal hobby. He custom build the camper by his hard working hands and it took him three years to finish the camper. After he finished building the camper, he took the truck camper on a road trip to Alaska and Canada. There are three vintage decals on the window showing Washington, Alaska, and Canada. During the 1960's, the roads in Alaska were dirt and rocks. Naturally it would scratch the paints on the front and he had the front repainted to the original factory color. Later the truck was sold to Charles in Oregon. A well-known vintage trailer collector John from California bought the truck camper and he later sold the truck camper to me. This is the only registered IH truck camper known to exist because it was custom built.

1971 Midas Smokie Lo-Flyte ... Very nice complete restoration project. Some close friends of mine toured the country in this for the last three years. Including pulling it down here from Wisconsin a couple of months ago, on fairly new tires. It has all the basics you would need in an older camper, including a toilet. I have never used the trailer. I bought it to restore, but I just don't have the time. They said the refrigerator and the furnace needs work for sure. It has had some minor water leaks at some time in the past, put can not see anything serious. All the windows open and close. The upholstery is all there , but needs recovering. I have part of the original owners manual, but bugs have eaten part of it. I also have a copy of an old magazine ad for the Midas. My wife wants the parking place back! $2000 OBO. No fresh water tank, it's only been used with a water hookup. You can tow this with any decent sized car.
